New designs can be created, tested, optimized, and validated in-house in record time. Prototypes can be produced on-demand at a fraction of the cost to outsource with the quality you expect.

Description
2mil white cavitated OPP wrapper film. High gloss, heat-sealable and FDA compliant food grade for Candy bars or ice cream wrappers. Coated with JetComp’s proprietary inkjet receptive coating technology and mounted on a strippable liner that allows for trouble-free transport and printing on any UV, Eco-solvent or Latex printer. Can be used in the flat as a proof or peeled from the liner and assembled using double-sided tape or conventional heat sealing equipment. For thicker constructions, add a layer of clear or matte Over-lam.
For matte finish use Krylon matte spray.

Uses include any type of liquid packaging, from drinks to baby food and stick pouch and aseptic spouted pouch applications. Heat-sealable FDA compliant food grade HDPE film, aluminum foil barrier layer with a white OPP outer layer. The film is top coated with JetComp’s proprietary inkjet receptive coating technology for trouble-free printing with any UV, Eco-solvent or Latex printer. Once printed it can be used in the flat as a proof or assembled into a functional package using double-sided tape or conventional heat sealing equipment.
